These terms and conditions may be updated and vary from time to time, which is why we ask you to read the terms and conditions previous to every order you place in the webbshop.
Swedish orders are shipped with Bring and delivered to your nearest post office service point. A notification will be sent by sms or dispatch note when your package is ready to be collected. Orders are processed within 48 hours and typically delivered within 1-2 business days.
International orders are shipped with Bring and either left at your nearest post office service point or delivered at your door. Please note that the goods cannot be left to you without a signature and that the courier’s usually operate between 08.00-18.00 (8am-6pm) business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
International orders are processed within 48 hours and typically delivered within 3-8 business days.
Returns & Exchange
We do hope you will enjoy your garment. However, if it’s not to your satisfaction, we are happy to help you exchange or return it. Please note the following: Before you send any items back to us you need to send an e-mail to email@example.com You will then receive return instructions by e-mail. Do not send anything without contacting us first! It may lead to longer handling time and delayed refunding.
If you would like to exchange for a different product the best way would be to first return your order and place a new one.
The item can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery. The product has to be back in perfect condition and in original wrapping with labels and tags intact. Please note that shipping charges of exchanges or refunds are at your expense. If exchanging or returning items, please note that you are responsible for the shipping until we have received the goods. We therefore recommend you to choose a safe shipping alternative, preferably one that uses tracking numbers. Refunds for returned items will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card or PayPal account within seven days of the return of the product. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. If you have chosen to pay using Klarna, your invoice will be updated within seven days.

If a delivered package is not collected, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping as well as any additional penalty and processing fees. Non-collected packages are normally not covered by the right to return item.
All personal information saved on the site will be handled with utmost care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than ensuring the best service possible. It will solely be used for informing you about special offers and other marketing opportunities related to the different divisions of A PART OF THE ART Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties only when it is necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. If you wish to end your A PART OF THE ART subscription, you may do so by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. State your name and email address and a short description of the matter in the email message. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. A PART OF THE ART reserves the right to delay any order if fraud is suspected.
