A Part Of The Art is founded by two friends, Jenny Neck and Lisa Söderman. After several years in the fashion business the need to make a more sustainable and conscious brand grew and in 2017 the concept was clear.
We wanted to capture the comfort of getting into your favorite outfit after a long day. We asked ourselves, what makes an outfit a favorite?
What we found was that all favorite garments have three things in common: comfortable, flattering and looking effortless. In all we do, all these three must be included in the design.
And dressing in sets is a big part of feeling put together in the most effortless way, so we love sets…
What’s it like to be both collegues and friends?
Sometimes I need to pinch myself, it’s really a privilege. The absolute best thing is how much we actually laugh. We’ve learnt to share the tougher times but we’re also great at celebrating.
What are your dreams for the future?
We hope we’ll be able to grow by learning more about our customer and what she needs and wants. Together with our customer we can create the most lovable and versatile wardrobe for the conscious woman. This is the best way to slow down the consumption and buy better.
